Sunrise Lake, Middleton NH

The master suite is a perfectly private retreat.  Light the fireplace 
instantly with the remote control, fill the jacuzzi tub for a 
relaxing soak, or just stretch out in complete comfort on the king 
size bed.

Gather the family and friends for movie time.  Kick back and relax on 
comfy couches feeling the warmth fireside and view it all on a 52" 
big-screen cable TV.  Hey, did someone remember the popcorn!

The kitchen is fully complemented, just like home.  Stove, 
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, just to name a 
few.  Set the table for 8 and savor time spent catching up over a 
home cooked meal.  Want to take a night off from cooking?  A short 
trip takes you to the some of the finest restaurants in all of NH in 
downtown Wolfeboro.

Downstairs is the perfect space for breaking out the cribbage board 
or building a 1000-piece puzzle.  The basement playroom has room 
enough and toys enough to keep the little ones occupied for hours.  
Enjoy our book collection (children and adult), movie collection (DVD 
and VCR) and toy collection (outdoor and inside).  

Our peaceful retreat is only 100 miles north of Boston and 10 miles 
from Wolfeboro Center.  It is the perfect home for a romantic getaway 
or an intimate family gathering.  Spend some time alone with those 
you love.  This is the perfect setting to escape the pressures of 
everyday life and simply rest and relax.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home away from home provides beds made up with sheets ready for 
when you arrive.  Bath towels are provided and toiletries to get you 
started.  We also provided a high speed internet connection for those 
traveling with a laptop.

BEDROOM SETUP: 
Master Suite: King Bed, Fireplace, Cable TV, Master Bathroom with 2-
person, Jacuzzi tub and Massage style shower, Twin Bunk Beds in 
adjacent room.
Second Bedroom: King Bed, Cable TV.
Loft: Full Bed & 3 Twin Beds.
Second Bath: Shower

Get outdoors and start exploring!  Sunrise Lake is perfect for 
swimming.  Take the canoe and kayak out for a tour.  Planning a 
vacation at Lakeside Promise is easy.  New England is the land of

Vacation Rental Rates

We accept checks, PayPal, and Credit Cards. 

Rate Includes: Rent, End of Stay Cleaning and Full Linens, and 8% NH 
rental taxes.

Special End of 2007 Rates:
$150/Night, 2 Night Minimum, 
excludes Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday

Winter (January 1, 2007 - March 30, 2007):
2 Night Minimum
$1000/week
$275/night (Friday, Saturday)
$200/night (Sunday - Thursday)

Spring (March 30- May 25, 2007):
2 Night Minimum                    
$900/week
$225/night (Friday, Saturdays)
$150/night (Sunday - Thursday)

Early Summer (May 25 - June 22, 2007)
3 Night Minimum    
$1600/week
$350/night (Friday, Saturday)
$300/night (Sunday - Thursday)

Summer (June 22 - August 31, 2007):
Friday 6PM Check-in / Friday 10AM Check-out
