Vacation Rental Description

 
Beautiful home across the street from the ocean and Calumet Park in  
the Bird Rock area. Ocean views from every room. New Broyhill  
furniture in Master Bedroom with Cal. King size bed. Master suite has  
TV. Second bedroom beautiful queen size bed with Mission style  
bedroom set. Third bedroom has double size bed with desk/computer set  
up for DSL internet access. Phone in this bedroom for local calls.  
Sunroom has new queen size sofa couch with Oriental carpet with views  
to outside patio deck. Patio deck has glass table with 6 chairs.  
Fully furnished Kitchen has just been remodeled with teak cabinets  
and limestone floors. Dining room table can seat up to 8 people. The  
large living room has new leather couch and chair with views to the  
ocean while sitting to watch TV on a large screen. Wood burning  
fireplace in living room. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker 
Egyptian bath towels, hand towel, and washcloths provided 
Large size washer/dryer.  Kitchen is fully equipped with flatware,  
plates, pots/pans.

Activities and Attractions

Top surfing spot in San Diego across the street - walk across the  
street to surf this spot or enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets in  
the park that overlooks ocean.  Great meeting spot if you wanting to  
walk the dog, play with kids, etc.   
Very short walk to some of the best restuarants, Starbucks, French  
bakery, convenience/liquor store, etc. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500 - $2500/week - negotiable rates for longer stays 
 
To confirm a reservation, a booking/security deposit of 25% of the  
negotiable fee with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival  
date. 
 
The purpose of this deposit is to allow us to recover some of the  
expenses incurred from obvious or malicious neglect or from  
additional cleaning required due to the tenant leaving the house in  
an abnormally dirty condition. The house will be inspected after your  
check-out, and the deposit remitted within 14 days from date of  
departure.  Also a cleaning deposit of $100 will be collected with  
the rent payment.  If a credit card is used a 5% fee of the  
transaction will be charged. 
 
In the event of a cancellation the deposit reservation will be  
refunded ONLY IF CANCELLATION IS 60 DAYS PRIOR TO scheduled arrival.  
No exceptions. If a credit card is used and the cancellation is prior  
to 60 days, a 5% fee of the transaction will be charged.
