I don't remember if you advertise the condo as having a "spectacular 
view", but you should.  
Prime Waikiki vacation rental location! 
Welcome to paradise! One block to the beach 
Sleeping: one queen size bed, one queen sofa sleeper 
in Living room. 
Full kitchen, 4 piece bath, large open air feel
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with great cross breezes.  
Sleeps 2-4, 1 parking N/C.
Trash: there is a trash room just down the hall to the right, tied up garbage bags can be put down 
the chute, bottles are to be put in the recycling box, they have some rules posted in the room.  

All that Waikiki and Oahu offers is right at your feet in this

Vacation Rental Rates

From 150.00-250.00(Nov-Feb) double occupancy additional 10.00 per head (includes children)  
1 bedroom full kitchen depends on season, USD per Night, parking for 1 available n/c; enquire about 
our Pro Bowl Special (click check calendar)
100.00 USD check out cleaning charge, 25 percent deposit 
To hold, balance due 30 days before arrival. 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 45 days prior 
to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. 
If the cancellation is made between 30 – 44 days prior to the check-in 
date, and another renter is found to rent for the cancelled period, 
your money will be refunded minus an administration fee of 10% of 
the total booking.  
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date and another renter is not found for the 
cancelled period, only 50% of your investment will be refunded. 
We’re sorry but cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in 
a forfeiture of your investment.
