Vacation Rental Description

This unit is part of a new condominium complex located at 26th  
Street and 5th Avenue, in Playa Del Carmen.  We are located 1.5  
blocks from Playa Tucan, one of the finest beaches in Playa.  Our  
location is in the newest area of Playa which is three blocks from  
the pedestrian promenade on 5th Avenue.   
 
As you ascend the semi-private staircase to this unit located on the  
second level of the complex, you are welcomed by a gentle waterfall  
following the stairs. 
 
This beautiful sunny, one-bedroom suite overlooks the pool and  
courtyard gardens.  As well, it features a private terrace off the  
living room and a dining terrace with Caribbean Sea views off the  
kitchen.  The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped.  An early  
morning breakfast will be served with a Caribbean sunrise and a view  
of the cruise ships sailing by. 
 
A 30-inch TV is housed in the living room for your enjoyment.  The  
sofa folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. 
 
This open floor plan allows for lots of natural light from both  
south and east facing windows, which run the full length of the  
suite.  The living and kitchen areas are divided by the kitchen  
counter enabling the cook to share in the living room activities. 
 
There is a two piece bathroom located off the living room. 
 
The bedroom is very private located on the south side of the Condo,  
with a king size bed, 3-piece en suite bathroom, washer and dryer.   
Natural wood closets and cabinets ensure ample storage. 
 
Rental is based on double occupancy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We are located 1.5 blocks from Playa Tucan, one of the finest  
beaches in Playa Del Carmen. 
 
We can arrange for tours to Xcaret, jungle tours, diving,  
snorkeling, sky diving, ultralight flights, fishing tours, dolphin  
swimming and more.   
 
We are a three minute walk to the beach and the famous pedestrian  
promenade on 5th Avenue for shopping, racquetball court and running  
track.
