laundry room. All rooms are decorated beautifully with a Lake Tahoe
mountain theme. Incredible handmade furniture is throughout the
house. All luxury towels and sheets are provided. Garage and boat
parking. With over 5700 square feet, this luxury vacation home is
situated on a half-acre with unobstructed Lake Tahoe views. This is

New hot tub installed 6/04 on the deck with fabulous
Lake Tahoe views, stereo, jets and waterfall. New mountain theme
dining room chairs, hickory hardwood floors, movie theater projector
and chairs, and new outdoor furniture. For 2008 we have installed a new 65" DLP TV in the family
room with Blueray DVD and Directv HD DRV. A new handcrafted iron railing for the entry and dining
room was also installed. The house received a fresh coat of paint inside and out.
We are always updating and improving this luxury vacation rental. We do not own anything "from
the 70's" (or even the 80's).

The kitchen is a cook's delight! Granite slab counters, a Garland
stove, two commercial ovens, Calphalon Non-Stick Commercial Cookware,
vegetable sink, wine humidor, bun warmer, and a large built-in
refrigerator/freezer. A beautiful river rock fireplace completes this
Lake Tahoe vacation rental kitchen.

Step into this warm and cozy living room with river rock fireplace,
vaulted ceiling and Lake Tahoe views. The family room has a wet bar,

wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. A hot
tub was installed on the deck outside. The hot tub seats 6
