Located 1/2 mile south of Silver Strand Bed and Breakfast, "HillTop"
Cottage features spectacular lake views, 200 feet of private beach
frontage, and over 2.5 acres of park-like grounds. The year-round
home is only 20 years old, has 3 bedrooms and a queen-size pull-out,
2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen. Occupancy is strictly
limited to 8 people total; no pets are permitted; a rental agreement
is mandatory.

A large front porch overlooks the lake facing east, perfect for
enjoying your morning coffee and nicely shaded from the afternoon
sun for cocktails and dinner! Included in the home are a
washer/dryer, central vac, central heat and air conditioning,
satellite TV and VCR and stereo and CD player.

Swimming is delightful in Cayuga Lake's crystal clear water with mid-
summer, mid-70's temperatures. A dock and ladder are provided, and
the lake bottom is solid, flat limestone. The beach is extremely
private, located just across the road from the house and down 48
steps.
"HillTop" is a 5 minute walk from Sheldrake Point Winery, and a 5
minute drive to Lucas, Hosmer, Cayuga Ridge, and Thirsty Owl
Wineries.
vacation rental rates
"HillTop" rents, by the week, at the rate of $1600 per week, Sunday
3:00 p.m. check-in to Sunday 10: a.m. check-out. A 50% non-
refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made;
the balance (also non-refundable) is due two weeks prior to the
reservation start date. A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
