Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful house is located in Mt. Washington  
(suburb of Los Angeles) and is a hillside community.  To get an idea  
of our location we are minutes away from Pasadena and Glendale.   
It's at most a 1/2 hour drive to downtown Los Angeles. 
 
This beautiful house has been artistically remodeled.  It has a  
gourmet kitchen complete with a 5 burner stove, indoor downdraft  
BBQ, stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, and more. Front and  
back bedroom each lead to their own private deck.  The front bedroom  
deck is very secluded surrounded by trees and has a swing.   Den  
(bedroom # 3) has a queen sofa bed.  Bathroom is beautifully tiled  
in blue with a custom tub & shower.  Backyard completes this  
vacation rental with a pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, & patio table.  Back  
bedroom and den both have direct access to the back yard.  House  
also has a laundry room.   Room dimension are as follows:

Hi Kimberly, 
 
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house felt like a relaxing  
oasis in the city. I especially loved the lush front garden and cozy  
porch swing for reading in the morning, and also the very charming  
and well-equipped kitchen where we cooked at least once a day. We  
also admired the beautiful tile in the kitchen and bathroom. I never  
imagined that it would be warm enough to use the pool in early  
March, but the weather was unusually cooperative so we got to enjoy  
all of the outdoor spaces except for the spa. 
 
Your attention to detail is great. The Thomas Guide was DEEPLY  
appreciated (and I hope doesn't seem worn from our extensive use).  
While I lived in Claremont for several years, my memory of other  
parts of the city really needed that help. The availability of  
wireless was very important to  
my friend who needed to work some everyday. And of course, the  
bottles of water and great chocolates were much appreciated when we  
arrived in the wee hours at the beginning of the trip. 
 
My only suggestions are very, very minor. Perhaps a couple of extra  
bed pillows for people like me who need to sleep with my upper body  
slightly elevated? Was there an iron and ironing board available? I  
wasn't able to find that and it wasn't a big deal on this relaxing  
trip, but others might appreciate that. Otherwise, everything was  
just perfect.  (We have added an iron,ironing board and extra  
pillows as suggested.) 
 
It was a great trip in significant part due to the great house. I  
only wish we could have planned for a longer stay. I'd love to come  
back, perhaps in the late fall. Until then, I think I'll try to  
replicate some of the decor at home... it's really a great place.
