Vacation Rental Description

Rio Grande private beachfront resort condo with all the amenities.  
This is a gated community with 24 hour security located 
approximately 15 miles east of the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.  The 
property is nestled between the El Yunque National Rain Forest and 
the Atlantic Ocean.  Minutes from major attractions, but still 
maintaining the secluded environment to provide for a peaceful 
Caribbean getaway!

This large beachfront condo consist of 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, washing 
machine in the unit, full kitchen (full size stove, refrigerator, 
microwave, coffee maker, blender and complete set of 
dishes/cookware), TV, DVD/VCR Combo, Futon, additional roll-out bed, 
crib available and air conditioning.  All sports equipment for on-
site activities provided.  Balcony overlooks the pool and 
recreational room with sunset exposure.

Vacation Rental Rates

$100.00 to $125.00 per day minimum 4 day stay.  Reduced rate for 
long term rental.

Season:  May 1st to October 31st is low Season; November 1st to 
April 30th is high Season. 

Monthly rentals or long term rentals accepted on a case by case 
basis at a reduced rate.

All Reservations require a 50% deposit; Balance due 72 hours prior 
to check-in date.  All payments in U.S. funds by bank check or money 
order.

Cancellation Policy:  72 hours prior to check-in - 50%; less than 72 
hours to check-in - 100% penalty
