This large beachfront condo consist of 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, washing
machine in the unit, full kitchen (full size stove, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker, blender and complete set of
dishes/cookware), TV, DVD/VCR Combo, Futon, additional roll-out bed,
crib available and air conditioning. All sports equipment for on-
site activities provided. Balcony overlooks the pool and
recreational room with sunset exposure.

long term rental.  $100.00 damage deposit required. 
Season: May 1st to October 31st is low Season; November 1st to
April 30th is high Season.
Monthly rentals or long term rentals accepted on a case by case
basis at a reduced rate.
All Reservations require a 50% deposit; Balance due 72 hours prior
to check-in date. All payments in U.S. funds by bank check or money
order.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to check-in - 50%; less than 72
hours to check-in - 100% penalty
