The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. An open floor plan
offers a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, extensive
counter/bar, a dining room, and a great room/living room. Living
room is comfortably furnished and includes a large 42" flat screen HDTV with DVD
player. There is central air and ceiling fans throughout for your
total comfort. We also provide free wireless internet.
The master bedroom lends a nautical theme with a large walk in
closet, queen size bed, and a flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 is decorated in
a "beach" theme with 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 is decorated in a golf
theme with 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV.
The condo also has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry
needs. Plus, we offer a brand new indoor lazy river, pool complex with kiddie pool and splash umbrella, and fitness center.

The above rates include departure cleaning and linens. Taxes are not
included. We participate in the Myrtlewood rental program and offer our guests full use of all Myrtlewood amenities, including the indoor pool and fitness complex. Not all rental units do. Unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Principal
occupant must be 25 years of age and all regulations set forth by
Myrtlewood Villas apply. Maximum of eight people.
