If you are a couple, or a family with either very young, or mature,
children, you will probably most appreciate this unique, lovely and
stylish villa. "The Palm" is one of the largest 4 bed homes to rent in
the Orlando area (2500 sq feet), with a custom finish & many upgrades.
The house is right on the 16th Fairway of the Southern Dunes golf
course - so you can watch golfers & wildlife!

One of the features about "The Palm" we find our guests probably
appreciate most is the completely private pool and Jacuzzi spa - no
nosy neighbours or golfers can spy on your swimming or sunbathing
activities! The pool and spa are solar heated, and face south, so the
extra large deck and lanai get the sun from early morning to late in
the afternoon.

"The Palm" was originally built as a private home, and so has custom
finishes
and many upgrades that are unusual in a vacation rental.
The villa was recently beautifully and expensively furnished from
scratch, and you will find lots of little touches that are unusual in
an average Orlando vacation home. As English owners, we visit at least
3 times a year to ensure that our home is kept updated and maintained
to the highest standards.

The quiet, mature community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is
in an ideal location for your special central Florida vacation, as it
is an easy drive to Disney (approx. 20 minutes) and the other Orlando
attractions. The big advantage is that you will approach Disney from a
different direct to most visitors who stay in Kissimmee, so you avoid
all the traffic and congestion of the HW192, and are well away from
the hustle & bustle.

When you stay at Southern Dunes you can enjoy the facilities such as
the stylish Club House with its bar & restaurant, 3 swimming pools,
fitness room, tennis courts, fishing in the lake, bike paths and
children's play area. You also have the true convenience of a 24/7
Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the community gate, along with gas
station, pharmacy and many restaurants.

So, at the end of a hot & busy day shopping or sightseeing, just

Rental rates include: all taxes, utilities, bed linen, towels, pool towels, unlimited highspeed broadband internet access, local phone calls, cleaning and laundry after your stay.

We offer free use of a safe, electric BBQ grill, child's travel crib, high chair & stroller.

There is a supplement of $110 for stays of 7 nights or less.

Electric heating for the pool and spa is $170 per week from October-April. During the summer months, due to the solar heating, additional heating is not normally required, but is available at the discounted rate of $85 per week.
