Queens Lake Haven in Nantahala

Queen's Lake Haven is a very special three bedroom, two and a half
bath mountain chalet that sits in a secluded mountain cove within feet of Queen's Lake. You will love your own personal two person
Jacuzzi with it's see-thru fireplace in the master bedroom and
master bath.Or enjoy the 6 person outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the
lake. This cabin is perfect for couples or families. Its secluded
setting is complimented by the view, style and great attention to
detail wihth hardwood and slate flooring. Or sit out on the 2
screended in porches that lead off to all 3 bedrooms.

This cedar sided mountain home lacks little in amenities, which includes three gas log fireplaces and two satelitte TV systems.Amenities
include a well equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker,
refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer/ dryer is also provided for
your convenience.

A charcoal grill, fire ring and picnic table are located outside the
cabin over looking the lake.
This is a non-smoking cabin and pets are considered.

Queens Lake is used for fishing, kayak lessons,canoeing and
swimming. Always cool and clean, with little activity that allows
you privacy.
No street lights or neighboring houses to interfere with star gazing
from the open deck, over looking the lake.
The cabin is 3 miles from the "Nantahala Gorge & River put in" for
white water rafting and canoeing. Located on a published mountain
biking road with spectacular views, waterfalls and rock cliffs that
climbed to the cabin. For motor biking you are just 3 miles from
the "Dragon Tail scenic drive through the mountains.
Locally the activities included horseriding, fly fishing,
hiking on the Appalachian Trail and other trail activities are
available. Various golf courses are nearby as well as
snow skiing and of course gambling in the Cherokee, NC area.

1 and 1/2 hours drive from Asheville, North Carolina
where the famous Biltmore estates is located.

Rates include housekeeping, hot tub cleaning, NC rental taxes, on all stays over 2 nights.
