Vacation Rental Description

Le Malard is an cedar log chalet located on 22 acres of   
private forest populated by wild birds, deers, hares and beavers.  
The  
drive to Mont Tremblant is only 20 minutes and more affordable  
skiing  
is also available at Mont Blanc which is 5 minutes away. After a day  
of summer or winter activities, you can relax in a very private  
covered outdoor spa and enjoy the  
tranquility of the surrounding woodland.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Set within 22 acres of woodland, the property includes: 
 
3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 persons.  
Queen bed in master bedroom with private balcony, bathroom and TV. 
Double bed and 2 single beds in other bedrooms. 
2 bathrooms with timer controled infrared heat lamps. Bidet in main  
bathroom. 
Ecological EPA approved wood stove. Burning wood is supplied. 
Covered outdoor heated spa with total privacy. 
25 X 12 front deck with full southern exposure. 
Fullly equiped laundry room (soap included) and central vacuum  
cleaner. 
Ceiling fans in every bedrooms and living room. 
Alarm system. 
Certified bacteria free underground (200 ft. of solid rock) cold  
spring water. 
Screened gazebo in summer.

Activities and Attractions

Le Malard is ideally located for quick access to all of Mont  
Tremblant activities and other resorts with absolute tranquility as  
a bonus. In winter, enjoy  
skiing,dogsledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and  
snowboarding. During the summer, you have access to 12 highly ranked  
golf courses and can practice such activities as mountain  
biking,fishing, tennis, swimming and horseback riding. 
The low season rates offer hunters the possibility to go deer, hare  
or grouse hunting in our 22 acres of private forest.

Weekly - $800 
5 Weekdays - $450 
Weekends - $450 
 
Peak Season  
(January,February,March,April,May,June,July,August,December) 
Weekly - $1000 
5 Weekdays - $550 
Weekends - $550 
 
Christmas and New Year week: $1,250. 
 
It is expected that you will leave the chalet in the same condition  
it was when you arrived. You can also have cleaning services for $50.

Construction holidays (Quebec) 
A security deposit of $100 is required and will be reimbursed if  
there is no damages to the property.Groups of students under the age  
of 25 must deposit $500. Proper spa water level must be  
maintained. If the spa water is spoiled, a surcharge of $100 is  
applicable since it takes 8 hours to bring it back the proper  
condition.
