Vacation Rental Description

Our newly built luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully air conditioned 
villa with private pool & spa/Jacuzzi occupies a south facing plot in 
a very peaceful development called Westbury. It is a peaceful oasis 
apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, but at 
the same time being on the doorstep of all the major attractions.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with cathedral 
ceiling giving a light airy feel to the space. The villa has been 
furnished to a high standard throughout and ceiling fans complement 
the air conditioning. 
Kitchen - The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates 
every modern appliance and utensil that may be required should you 
decide to create a meal. There are plenty of cupboards for storing 
food and a large fridge/freezer with ice maker. The breakfast area 
has a table with four chairs and has a large window. 
Lounge - The spacious lounge area has 3 seater / sofa bed plus a love 
seat. There is a 28” Cable TV with DVD/VCR, CD Music Stereo and 
PlayStation 2. There is a selection of videos, DVD’s & 2 playstation 
games.
Dining Area - Here there is a table with 6 chairs for more formal 
meals.
Master Bedroom - The large master suite has a king size bed, its own 
Cable TV/VCR, walk in wardrobe, cathedral ceiling and a door leading 
straight onto the covered lanai. Perfect for those early morning 
coffees. Adjacent is the luxury master bathroom featuring a garden 
tub/bath and separate walk-in shower. There is a vanity unit with 
mirrors and spot lighting, and a door leading straight to the pool 
area.
Bedroom 2 - has a double bed, large wardrobe and Cable TV with easy 
access to the second bathroom. 
Bedroom 3 - has twin beds, large wardrobe and Cable TV and is on the 
other side of the bathroom. 
Lanai – This covered eating area complete with 52” table and 
cushioned chairs and a ceiling fan, is perfect for alfresco eating..
Pool - The larger than average fully screened, south facing pool 
(heating opt.) also has the advantage of a spa/jacuzzi. Perfect for 
enjoying sunrise or sunset with a glass of whatever you fancy! The 
extended pool deck features quality furniture with cushioned chairs 
and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the all day sun.
All the doors to the pool area are alarmed for childrens safely (Now 
a Florida regulation)

Although there are no activities on site, everything is close by. 
Disney is just 15 minutes drive.
Food shops inc. Walmart are 5 minutes in the car.
Restaurants inc. McDonalds, Denny's and Burger King are within 5 
minutes.
Several Championship Golf courses are available within 5 minutes 
drive, as is Fishing in the numerous lakes around this area.
The Designer Outlets are also just 15 minutes drive.

Low Season  - November to February (excl. Xmas)     -  $700 per week
Mid Season  - Mar, Apr & Oct. (excl. Easter)        -  $775 per week
High Season - May to September                      -  $875 per week
Holidays    - Xmas, New Year, Easter & Thanksgiving - $1100 per week
