Buford Dam Road. The home is at water's edge, and has spectacular
views of the water. The house has a double slip dock, and is very
close to the main body of water.

Bed Set Up: master-K, BR 2-Q, BR 3- 2 sets bunkbeds (double on
bottom twin on top SLEEPS 6 in this bedroom) BR 4- double bed, loft-
double bed. 3 oversized bathrooms, and 1 half bath downstairs.
Fully furnished with all the comforts of home including internet access!


General: air-conditioning, Alarm-Clock, Ceiling-Fans, jacuzzi tubs,
linens provided,Kitchen: clothes dryer, coffee maker, cooking

Mid Season Rates.....Sept,Oct,March,April...$400 night/$2400 week

Off Season Rates (Not Holidays).......$300 per night/$1800 week.

Rates subject to change without notice!
Fees: 7% sales tax on rental price. The deposit is $300 approved on
credit card to hold property. Rental balance plus $125 cleaning fee
due by check 7 days before check in date. If payment is not
received 7 days in advance there will be an $85 administrative fee.
We accept credit card payment for balance for an additional 3%
processing fee. Deposit will be held upon cancellation!
Cleaning fee is non negotiable - ALL our homes are professionaly cleaned after each guest!
