The master bedroom contains a king size bed and the en-suite
bathroom has a Jacuzzi and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a
queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower and tub. The third
bedroom contains twin beds with trundles and with an adjacent guest
bathroom could be ideal for any younger members in your group. Of
course all bedrooms contain TVs/VCR’s.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a breakfast bar with stools, an
oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and a generous
amount of dishes, glasses and pans.

The spacious living area not only houses the full size dining table
and 8 chairs but also has a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with
VCR/ DVD player, a stereo system, iPhone/iPad docking speaker console, comfortable chairs and a convertible sleep sofa that easily accommodates 2 adults. French doors open directly onto the patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee...or watch the incredible sunsets...or stroll across a lawn area for the few yards to the beach access walkover.

Swim, surf, build sand castles, play volleyball, read, relax….. the
choice is yours. If you want a change from the beach try the private
pool or rent bicycles from nearby Rosemary Beach and explore Scenic
Highway 30-A from an off road paved bike path. The paved path is
wide and safe for even younger riders and runs for 18 miles from
Rosemary Beach to Seagrove, Seaside, and Grayton beach and beyond.

Golf is available at several local courses, including the fabulous
new Fazio designed Camp Creek Championship course, which is only 5
minutes away. Other courses available include the Robert Trent Jones
and Rees Jones layouts at Sandestin, some 30 minutes away, Blue
Water Bay, 40 minutes away, and the Hombre in Panama City Beach,
about 30 minutes away. The private courses in the area include the
new Greg Norman designed Sharks Tooth at Heron Bay which was voted
one of the best new courses in America by Golf Digest.

Fishing is regarded as some of the best in the Southern United
States. Pompano, Redfish, Spanish mackerel, Bluefish, Bonito and
more can be caught right in the surf!
Deep sea fishing as well as Scuba and snorkeling can be found at
nearby Destin.

There’s more..visit 2 State Parks a short distance away..shopping
galore at the many local stores and galleries along 30-A..or the
Silver Sands outlet mall with over 150 retailers near Destin...and a
choice and range of local eateries and restaurants that will cater
to everyone’s tastes.
