Nicely furnished three bedroom townhouse one block from Greenlake  
Park.  Located in a quiet neighborhood, the townhouse is just five  
minutes to freeway and expresslane access to Seattle and not more  
than 10 minutes from the University of Washington.  It is on a  
direct busline to downtown Seattle, the Waterfront, the Seattle  
Center, the Northgate shopping mall. Another busline to the  
University of Washington is just a few blocks away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three bedrooms,one queen bed in master bedroom on third floor.   
Second bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom on third floor. 
Third bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom on ground floor. 
Gas fireplace in livingroom. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, iron and  
ironing board. Small garage. Two full bathrooms. Cable TV with DVD  
player and VCR. Computer with fast cable internet access. There is a  
second TV with cable in master bedroom. WIFI

Activities and Attractions

Greenlake has a three mile jogging, walking, biking, skating track  
around it. Direct Bus on corner to Seattle Center, downtown Seattle,  
the Seattle Waterfront and Northgate shopping mall. One block from  
Seattle Greenlake library. Ethnic restaurants, Starbucks and  
Albertson's grocery store within walking distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter rate: September 16- December 14; January 2- May 14: 
 
one week                      $1310. 
two weeks                     $2250. 
three weeks                   $2900. 
four weeks                    $3500. 
 
Sales tax .09.  Security/cleaning deposit $250. ($175. refundable) No sales tax required on of 30  
night or more rentals over 30 days. 
 
 
 
 
Summer/Holiday rate: May 15-September 15 and Christmas December 15-January 1 
  
One week               $1750. 
Two weeks              $3000. 
Three weeks            $3800. 
Four weeks             $4400.

night or more rentals over 30 days. 
 
 
 
 
Twenty-five percent (25%)of the rental fee plus security/   
cleaning/deposit ($250)are required to reserve.  Balance due one  
month prior to arrival. Both are fully refundable until one month  
prior to stay. 
Rate includes utilities,local telephone, cable TV and Fast cable  
internet including use of computer.  Sorry, no pets; no smoking.
