Vacation 2009 in my wonderful home with its spectacular views of ocean, bay and
wildlife sanctuary, plus sunrise and sunset. Four bedroom, two bath, spacious, private
and comfortable house. 2-story light-filled easy-maintenance home. Four multi-level
decks, fabulous hot and cold outdoor shower. Multiple entrances, sliding doors to decks/
porch from all rooms. Upper floor has a 30-foot open plan living/dining/kitchen with
miles of great views in all directions plus a full bath. Cooks will love this well-equipped
kitchen. White walls and light hardwood floors on both floors . Four bedrooms that each
sleep two plus a full bath with a washer/dryer on lower floor. Bedrooms have sliders to
decks/porch, lots of light and good storage. Large, comfortable, screened porch for
lounging and romantic candlelight dinners on lower floor. Cross ventilation throughout
the entire house.
Quiet, friendly small community 90 minutes from New York City, 15 yards to beautiful,
uncrowded, sandy beach. . No cars allowed on the island. 25
minute ferry ride from Southern Long Island. 1 hour, 10 minute train
ride or private van to ferry from NYC. Ideal for two families or four
couples. Beds: 2 queens, 4 twins, or 1 king and 1 queen.

Well equipped kitchen. Two door refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water through
door, smooth glass cooktop, large oven, Frigidaire washer/dryer, KitchenAid mixer, Braun
coffee mill, Krups Duotek coffee maker, blender, food processor; excellent cookware in
every size, dinnerware and glassware. Charcoal grill. PacknPlay crib, high chair, many
beach toys.
Living room furnished in natural wicker with comfy overstuffed cushions for
seating and lounging for 8; dine on original Saarinen Tulip table and
chairs. Clean, good mattresses; all bed and bath linens provided. 8 beach
chairs, 6 outdoor lounges, 3 wicker armchairs with ottomans on porch. Beach umbrella
provided.

Excellent swimming, hiking to National Park, clamming, running, sea
shell gathering, boating, windsurfing, surfing, fishing. Walk to
shops, movies, children's playground, basketball,
first run movies. Children's day camp nearby. Adult and children's games, cards, many
beach toys, frisbees, CDs, books, firplace, tennis time for rent, short walk to restaurants,
first run movies, hike to the Sunken Forest, watch deer, birds in the National Park
Sanctuary.

July/August $4900 week
