Relaxation and Fun Awaits you in our 4th floor unit (#410) at the
Summit complex at 8743 Thomas Drive. Located directly on the Beach
of Panama City Beach next to Spinnakers. This 4th floor unit offers
a great beach view with a Tropical decor. A king-size bed is in the large private bedroom. Located in an alcove in the hallway are 2 bunkbeds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit sleeps 6, is non-smoking, has cable TV's, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and phone lines. Balcony has lounger and
table with chairs for sunset watching.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, grilling
utensils, and all the cookware and dishes a comfortable stays
requires. All linens are provided in the unit. Wi-Fi is available in the condo.
For your convenience a washer/dryer is in the unit!!

There is a $15 registration fee to The Summit for parking pass and
security wristbands ($35 during Spring Break). Requires $150
refundable deposit to reserve ($500 for Spring Break).
Primary renter must be 21 years of age and occupy the condo.
