Vacation Rental Description

This "non smoking" two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the  
Pyramid Building at 95th Street has a beautiful direct ocean view  
from a spacious balcony. The balcony also over looks an oceanfront  
deck with large outdoor swimming pool. This unit has been  
beautifully refurbished during the off season and is cleaned by the  
owners to insure our guests comfort. 
 
The Pyramid building has a unique architectural design as suggested  
by its name and is located across the street from a shopping center,  
public tennis courts and church. There are also numerous restaurants  
with in walking distance.

This unit has one king and two queen size beds, two full bathrooms,  
kitchen, living room with dining area, queen size sofa bed in living  
room and a private balcony providing the breath taking view. 
 
Accommodations also include central air conditioning, washer, dryer,  
dishwasher, refrigerator, self cleaning range, microwave, garbage  
disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, two TV’s with basic cable,  
DVD, VCR and a video library with great vacation movie classics  
(Weekend at Bernie’s, Ferris Bueler’s Day Off, Uncle Buck, Good  
Morning Vietnam, True Lies, etc,). 
 
This condo is a non smoking unit and no pets are allowed in the  
building.
