Mansions by the Sea Condominiums on the southern end of Treasure  
Island.  
Beautiful Sunset Beach is your front yard. The spectacular ocean  
front views and sunsets from this 12th story Penthouse Unit are  
beyond description.  
Mansions is a five star property with a heated swimming pool, tennis  
court, exercise and game rooms and a sauna. There is an onsite  
manager and security guard in the evenings. Parking is under cover  
in an assigned space.  
The unit has 80 ft of wrap around balcony with floor to ceiling  
glass, and amazing views of the Gulf and to the North and East. The  
condo has been completely renovated in 2003 with new furnishings,  
granite counter tops and all new carpet and tile flooring. The  
master bedroom has a king size bed and in suite bath. The second  
bedroom has twin beds. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen

trips, daily casino ship outings and even dolphin watch excursions.  
Restaurants and bars can be found at both Johns Pass and within the  
Pirates Square complex, in addition to those located 'beach front'  
on Gulf Blvd itself. Intracoastal fishing is just a few steps away  
and private beach access is just outside the property.  
 
This area of Florida's Gulf Coast is a vacationers delight, besides  
the pristine white sand beaches it is ideally located to reach  
Disney World (approx 1.5 hours away) and Busch Gardens (50 minutes  
away).
