We have 2 double beds in the bedroom, 1 queen sofa pull out in the
living room. The 42" flat screen TV in the living room also has
a Stereo with surround sound and DVD. The master bedroom has a 32"
flat screen TV. The dining room seats six at the table and 4 at the
kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully furnished will all appliances
and dishware and utensils. There is an in unit laundry room with
washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our place comfortably accommodates 1-4 people

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal
property. Please place your valuables in a safety deposit box at
the reception desk.

Las Palomas is five minutes from the Malacon, Old Port, where you
will find hideaway restaurants and shops along the esplanada plaza.
Sit on the sea wall and watch the dolphins playfully swimming, the
soaring birds, or the fishing boats leaving for a nights catch. On
weekend nights you can watch the sun set to the music of various
wandering Mariachi group.

Wind surfing, parachute sailing, fishing, dinner cruises, banana
boat rides,and for those of you who prefer land, the ATV adventure!
Much more awaits your arrival you need only explore Puerto Penasco
and the surrounging areas to find your vacation nitch.

through us you will be able to get a 10% discount on your stay at the resort. Becareful about
renting from owners not in the Las Palomas Rental Pool.

Reservations: receipt of your money confirms your reservation.
Cancellation must be made to me more than 7 days in advance of your
arrival date and is subject to $100.00 cancellation fee unless you
reschedule your reservations.

4 days, or less, prior to your arrival date there will be a 50%
refund fee unless we are able to rebook the time.

Holiday reservations that are cancelled will not receive a refund.

Additional Cost are a 10% tax fee and a $45 cleaning fee (maid
service provided only upon departure)and HOA fee 3%(use fee)

A $250 deposit is taken when you arrive at the resort and returned,
if there is no damage or loss to the unit upon your
checkout/departure.
