Fully restored, this Victorian Cottage retains its original beadboard walls and ceilings, but the best of the past and the present has been combined to make At the Springs cabin your best vacation choice.  In colder weather, curl up in bed with the remote controlled gas fireplace and forget the cares of the world.

You can choose to open the windows and breathe the fresh air or close up the windows and turn on the air conditioning in Summer. You can sit on your private patio and watch the clouds roll by or see a thousand stars in the sky when sitting outside most evenings. Come soak in your private indoor jacuzzi tub and relax those sore muscles after a busy day of activities. The choices are all yours!

Gas Fireplace with Remote Control-can be operated from the Serta "Perfect Sleeper" Queen bed. No cold toes here!

32 inch Flat Screen TV-You won't miss your favorite Sporting Event! But don't get stuck inside as there is so much to see and do just outside the door. The cabin has Cable TV.

86 Gallon Jacuzzi (a true Tub for Two!)-This is the Big Dipper of indoor bathtubs. It is oh so nice to soak in and unwind.

WI-FI-Just in case you have to stay in touch, check your emails on vacation or want to check the weather on the Internet. You won't miss that important message.

Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress and Box Springs-Yes, we are in the modern age and a double is just too cramped! So the main bed is a Queen. There is also a hide a bed Twin in the Front room separated by a door if you happen to have a third person joining you.

Oversized Custom Tiled Shower- Because washing your hair in a Jacuzzi just doesn't work. The shower is roomy with bright white tile and a light in the shower.

Antiques- A Victorian dresser, antique tables and original pictures and curios of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak will make you feel you are in another time, but not without the comfort of todays more cushioning seating mentioned below.

A Comfy Reading Chair, Couch, Footstool and Window Coverings- You'll notice the custom fabric with a tiny deer pattern are a subtle touch! The couch is a twin hide a bed. ( If your CC student or USAFA cadet wants to come stay for a night, or you just need two beds. )

Linens-Sheets and towels are provided. Fresh towels and sheets are provided bi-weekly. You won't have to spend your vacation time washing and drying the laundry as in some other Cabin rentals.

The Other Things: Iron and Ironing Board, Kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Small Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Utensils, Salt, Pepper,Mustard, A-1, Jelly and a few Popcorn Packs, an Ice Chest-small for an outing, Blow Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Razors, Scissors, Emergency Sewing Repair Kit, Toilet Paper, lots of Bathroom Counter Space, Bathrobes, Magazines, Attraction and Dining Information as well as some actual menus from some of our best restaurants. There is also a Patio and a Picnic Table.  A Gas Grill is available, too.

At the Springs Cabin is just a short drive of under an hour to:

The Cripple Creek Mining District to the West: Gold Mine Tours to Gambling Casinos will keep you entertained.

World Class Fishing, Guided Fly Fishing on the Arkansas River and Florissant Fossil Beds are also within an hour's drive. There is even a place nearby where you can do the digging for fossils.

 April 2013 $-$125-$135 per night. A two night minimum is required.

May thru September 2013  $135-$165 per night.  A three night minimum stay is required. Some holidays and special event times require a four night stay. Please call for in-season weekly rates.

There is no additional fee for cleaning if the Cabin is left in a clean condition except for the dirty linens. (We do expect you to wash, dry and put away the dishes you used and for there to be no damage to cabin)

 There is 11.03% state and local taxes as required by law for 2013.

Sorry, No Pets

At the Springs Cabin is a Smoke Free Environment.  We do not allow any candles, incense or smoking of any kind. If you are on a Honeymoon or Romantic Getaway, the Jacuzzi/Bathroom lighting is on a dimmer switch to set the mood. Since we back National Forest we are in an extreme fire danger area and therefore there is No Smoking on Property. 
 
Payment is charged to your credit card at time of booking in full. Cancellations must be made previous to 30 days for there to be any refund. There is no refund for early departures. All cancellations before 30 days from arrival will incur a $35.00 cancellation fee.

A extra charge of $15.00 per night is charged for a third person. 

Check in is 4-5PM. Late arrivals are no problem! You just need to let the Owner know in advance so the lights will be on. Early check-ins are not possible due to tight cleaning and refurbishing scheduling during guests. Check out is no later than 11AM.
