$350 Security Deposit includes cleaning deposit of $200 refundable if house is left in same "Clean" condition. Please be advised security deposit will only be refunded if house is free of any damages including stains to carpets, Hardwood Floors or Furniture. Persons responsible for renting this home will need to make sure no one in their party will damage any property. This Home is not recommended for large groups as a party place. Multiple agreements can be send for the same time frame. 1st come; 1st served. If paying by Credit Card - add 3% convenience fee.
