golfer we are surrounded by many courses, Innisbrook is almost across 
the street.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This spacious townhome is 1900 sq.ft.fully furnished, in a gated  
community near a quiet residential area on the Gulf of Mexico. 
It has a formal living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with 
granite and stainless steel appliances.  Off of the living room enjoy 
a candlelight dinner on the large balcony with the gulf breezes. 
Upstairs is the laundry, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and a den. 
There is a 2 car garage. Don't worry about carrying your packages 
or luggage up to the third floor, just get into your own personal  
elevator inside this luxury home. 
 
Everything that you need is waiting for you, just come and relax and 
enjoy your vacation in the sun!! 
 
This home has a boat or yacht slip on site. This space is available  
for an additional fee. This is very unique to Floridas West Coast,  
"100 yards from this boat slip to open water channel markers". No  
exaggeration on " only minutes to the Gulfs Open Waters and less  
than a mile to remote islands with beautiful white sand beaches. No  
need to waste fuel on long slow trips down intercoastal waterways to  
inlets for open water and barrier island access.

Activities and Attractions

We are about one half hour from Clearwater Beach, where you will find 
parasailing, jet skiing, Pirate Ship Cruises and many other  
activities.  North about 20 minutes is a gambling/casino boat in 
Port Richey.  Busch Gardens is aout 1 hour (if the traffic is good). 
And let us not forget about Disney World, Pleasure Island, Epcot and  
all the other Parks in Orlando, this trip will be approximately 2  
hours. 
 
So much to do in our Sunshine State, you will have to keep coming  
back to visit.
