The large deck is perfect for an evening get-together around the
grill with your favorite beverage -- catching every gorgeous minute
of sunsets. You can sip your morning brew on the full-length front
porch which is equipped with comfy wicker furniture.

The fire pit is the place with a view to the lake to toast your
marshmallows and fix your s'mores. You can swim off our pier, or
head to the nearby state park and enjoy their huge beach.

There are four full-service marinas, boat and jet-ski rentals, and
plenty of places to launch your craft in the immediate vicinity.

If you come in the fall/winter, you can enjoy leaf peeping and a
cozy night with no city noises to distract you.

Lake Anna is the second largest lake located entirely within
Virginia. Located just 100 miles from Washington, D.C., Lake Anna is
one of Virginia's best kept secrets. With over 200 miles of
shoreline that stretches 17 miles long, Lake Anna activities include
boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, golfing, camping,
hiking, and laying on the beach. Area attractions include local
wineries, antique shopping, historical sites, battlefield parks, and
Paramount's Kings Dominion.

are provided. Renters may bring their own sheets/towels or owners will

On the lake, you can engage in just about anything water related -
Excellent fishing and boating, sailing, skiing, canoeing, kayaking,
fishing.
Catch one of the bi-weekly fishing tournaments.
Boats and jet skis are readily available for rental at marinas
located only minutes away. The state park offers historical and
nature programs, as well as trails for hiking and a beach for
swimming. Nearby attractions include Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens,
historic Monticello and Williamsburg. Golf, horseback riding,
horseshows, living history re-enactments, winery tours and local
festivals are available in the area throughout the year.

2011 Rates

Spring (March 6 - May 22):  $800/week, $400/weekend, $150/night

Early Summer: May 22-June 19: $1000/week, $400.00, $200.00/night

Summer (June 19 - September 10):  $1,100/week, $525/weekend, $225/night

Fall (September 11 - December 4):  $750/week, $350/weekend, $150/night

Winter (December 5 - March 6):  $600/week, 300/weekend, $100/night

*There is a $150 premium added for any week or weekend that overlaps a holiday such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day.

*During the summer, weeks are preferred.  Weekends will be considered on a case-by case basis.

Weekly rates are for 7 days - Sunday to Sunday .

Weekend rates are for 2 nights (Friday - Sunday).

Check in time is 4:00 pm.  Check out time is 12 noon.

*Trash Removal Optional $75.00

*Sorry, no internet.  Bring your own air card.

*$250.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit holds your dates and also protects the property from any possible damages.  Once
property is inspected for damages and key is returned the deposit
will be returned.
