The Mayan Clay villas await you , situated on a 1 hecter landscaped
park, adorned with mayan replicas, incorporating a magestic
swimming pool which is filled with energetic cenote water .

Both villas have 2 main bedrooms ,a lounge , independant al fresco
kitchens , patios , terraces and bath rooms .

Villa Pakal :
A quante two storied villa , with outdoor patios located by a
flowing fountain. On the ground floor located in the entrance is a
small lounge with comfortable plush sofas leading off into the
double bed room with attatched onsuit .An internal stair case takes
you to the next level where a floating double bed is suspended
from the thached roof . This room leads out into yet another bed
room in a sunny area of the house surrounded by bambu and lush
gardens , this bedroom extends onto a terrace with an out door
roofed in private bathroom ,surrouned by green foliage. Ascend
another flight of stairs and you are located on the upper balcony ,
a fantastic area for relaxing in the soft cotton hammocs and bird
watching .
The sunny day bed room has an independant flight of external stairs
which take you back down into the garden and around to the al fresco
kitchen , equiped with a refrigerator ,stove and a coffe maker .
Paths are interlinked around the property and several lead to the
swimming pool . As I mentioned this area is really magestic , the
pool was formed around a natural cenote , deck chairs and umbrellas
create the umbiance for a perfect day of relaxation .
The pool is equiped with high pressure spa jets ,and internal
illumination at night make it the perfect area to wind down after a
day of site seeing .


Villa Balam
This is the main villa on the property ,you enter from the outdoor
patio into a sunny dinning area with a fully equiped
kitchen ,this leads into a lounge with comfortable leather sofas and
suspended hammocs for relaxation or the perfect area to enjoy
watching t.v , sky coverage , fox channels and CNN reports to keep
you up to date, also equiped with a D.V.D player and a variety of
movies .
From the lounge you step through into the main bed room , very
spacious ,incorporates a floating double bed and hammoc ,book case ,
closets ,large mirrors and art work adorn the walls .
The bath room is also a work of art very spacious and comfortable .
An external stair case leads to the upstairs bedroom which has a
queen sized bed and exra hammoc .

one of Mexicos 7 natural wonders .
