LAKEFRONT Pocono home with a Private Beach and Dock. No weeds in
the water here, just crystal clear water and you can see the fish
right from your dock. This is truly a 4 season home The winter time
provides easy access to the 3 major ski areas. We are 12 miles to
Camelback and 15 to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. When the lake freezes,
you have one of the largest ice skating rinks in the area. As the
seasons change get ready for spring fishing, boating, and swimming
right out your back door.

This house is great for family vacations, group reunions and
intimate get-a-ways. We have thought of every detail to provide you
with a vacation that is simple to plan but forever to remember.

Two bedrooms on the first floor have sliders that open to a small
private deck with great views of the lake. Both rooms have King Size
Beds and the master bath has a 2/3 person jacuzzi tub that is great
for unwinding after a long day on the slopes or hiking in the nearby
parks.

The second floor has a bright and airy floor plan. The Florida Room
is surrounded by sliders offering unobstructed views. You can step
outside onto the large wraparound deck that boasts a bird's eye view
of the 180 acre stocked lake. Fishing is fantastic! Relaxing patio
furniture and a new gas grill make this spot ideal for BBQ'S and
outdoor entertaining

The third floor bedroom is an open and spacious loft with a queen
size bed with TV and DVD/VCR. There is also space for reading and
card games, and a brand new jack knife couch/bed and futon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and new
dishwasher. All the kitchen accessories are brand new. There is
also an attached one car garage for all your storage needs.

This house comes with a CANOE and ROWBOAT, life jackets, beach
chairs, umbrella, high chair, rafts, beach toys and more. The Garage
has plenty of space to safely store your bikes, skis, boots, and
sleds.

Visit many of the local restaurants or follow the Winery trail.
Don't forget to sample the local Brew Pub and there's plenty of
shopping at The Crossings Outlet. There are numerous State Parks
for hiking and mountainbiking trails for the more adventurous.
