Mountain House Retreat in Pollock Pines

If a nice, quiet, quaint get away is what you are looking for this
is your mountain house. A fully furnished house, and a 3 car
detached garage with 1000 square foot loft/gameroom above it with a
pool table. The view from the deck is great.

The 4000 ft. elevation provides four distinct seasons.
Your mountain getaway is centrally located to many great attractions.

This house is located just 2 miles from Jenkinson Lake/Sly Park
reservoir, 15 minutes from Apple Hill, 15 minutes from Apple
Mountain Golf Resort, an hour from South Lake Tahoe, 25 minutes from
Fariplay wine tasting, and 20 minutes from Placerville. There are
many activities available all year long or if you just want a place
to relax it is all here.

Amenities include a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher,
microwave, ice maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans and many other
kitchen utensils. It is a full functioning kitchen.

Some entertainment features included inside the house are Direct TV
cable, a DVD/VCR player, portable stereo, games, puzzles, and a
DVD/VCR library with movies for all ages. Located in the loft area
above the 3-car garage is a game room. In the game room is a pool
table, dart board, sitting area, weights, and an exercise bike.

Outside on the deck is a lovely 6 person patio set. The deck is one
of the best features of the house year around. Here you have a great
view of a mountain side. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill and a
fire pit available.

The Sacramento Bee is delivered on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
There is also covered parking and linens are provided.

There are 2 queen beds (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 1 double bed
located upstairs, and a sofa bed located downstairs.

There are many activities in the surrounding area. There is a
beautiful Golf Course Apple Mountain Resort located right off of
Highway 50. Jenkinson Lake is located 2 miles from the house. There
is fishing, boating, camping, mountain biking, hiking, walking
trails, kayaking, and swimming available. Throughout the area is a
lot of wildlife to view. The blue Stellar Jays are everywhere along
with gray squirrels. If you look hard enough you can even get the
opportunity to view deer or blue foxes. The closest ski resort is
Sierra-at-Tahoe located just 32 miles away. There are also cross
country skiing, sledding, tubing, hunting, rafting, and downhill
skiing available.
