Meadow View Farm Oak Bluffs in Martha's Vineyard

Located in a praivaate development in a quiet residental area 5 minutes from the center of Oak
Bluffs. We are also close to Vinyard Haven (also know as Tisbury) and Edgartown. The two main ferry
docks are in Oak Bluffs and Vinyard Haven. Beaches are 5-10 minutes away. Taxis are readily
available at reasonable rates and the island bus service is just outside our development. Our house
has a contempory design with a catherdal ceiling, 3 skylights and 5 sliding doors which lead out to
the two decks. The top floor has an open living room, dinning room and kitchen with a half-bath.
Open Oak staircases connect the three floors on the inside and there are outside staircases. The
middle floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One of these baths is in the Master bedroom which also
has a walk-in closet and a slider to the bottom deck. One of the other bedrooms also has a slider
leading to the same deck. The lower floor has a bedroom, family room and a half bath. The master
bedroom has a queen bed. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds which can be made into a king size
bed.

Washer-dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully furnished kitchen, linens and towells for house
use and beach use are provided. Each bedroom has a closet and chest of drawers.

Tennis is available in the development for guests. Farm Neck, a well known, golf course is 5 minutes
away. Bike and walking paths are just outside the development. Fishing is possible from the shore or
from Boats. A number of other preserves and places to visit are eaisly reached by car or public
transportation. National car rental agencies are located on the Island.

$2000 per week for June and September, $2500 per week for July and August.
