with brand new furniture, linens, a completely new designer kitchen
and all the amenities.

Nestled among towering trees on a quite cove, this three bedroom,
two and a half bath home is perfect if you want to enjoy a wonderful
natural setting, a delicious meal with family or friends, or a fun-
filled day on the lake.

Spend all day boating, fishing or swimming - or just relax and enjoy
the view from the private covered dock. Then prepare to enjoy a
delicious meal in the brand new gourmet kitchen - or a casual
barbeque on the spacious deck.

The house has three large living spaces, the living room on the main
level, the master suite and game room downstairs, and a large open
loft with a balcony.

The living room has vaulted ceilings and a massive stone fireplace
that spans two floors. You can relax on leather couches while
watching the 46-inch flat-screen high definition TV. Three sets of
sliding glass doors lead out to a wrap-around deck that spans the
length of the house.

The home features three bedrooms with one king-size pillow top bed
and two comfy queen-size beds, plus a pull-out couch. The master
suite is situated on Lake level with sliding glass doors that lead
to scenic areas. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper
loft level.

A brand new upscale designer kitchen is perfect for preparing a
delicious meal to share with family or friends. With new stainless
steel appliances, granite counter tops and even a wine chiller,
you'll have everthing you need for the perfect dining experience.
The new pub style dining table seats six with great views of the
natural surroundings.

Or you may prefer to cook out on large gas grill on the wrap-around
deck. When you've prepared your food, enjoy it in the outdoor dining
area so you can relax and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.
There are also reclining patio lounges with ottomans so you can
relax and enjoy the view any time of the day.

Sink into the large jetted garden tub and feel your stresses float
away. Enjoy a steam in the oversized steam/shower room. Then relax
and lounge in a comfy spa robe.

Poker players will love the poker table top complete with chips and cards. Board games and DVD
movies are provided if you choose to spend some time indoors.

The house has a view of the lake and is right across from one of Lake Lanier's most convenient boat ramps at Charlston Park, which remains open even when the lake water level falls. Enjoy a short scenic boat ride to nearby restaurants, marinas, or Lake Lanier Islands.

And if you have to keep in touch with the office or the outside world, we even have high speed internet access available.
