The spacious living room has Queen sleeper sofa with love seat , TV with cable and DVD.

Kitchen/Dining Area:

There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate 
Six guests.
Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 
refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, 
utensils, pots & pans, cookware and much more. There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer 
in this area. Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided. 

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:  Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath.  TV with cable and DVD Player. 
Bedroom 2:  Two Twin Beds.  TV with cable and DVD Player.
Bedroom 3:  Two Twin beds. TV with cable and DVD Player.   
Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bath, there is a half bath down stairs.

Deck and Patio Area:

Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a small deck off the Master Bedroom.  Both 
the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and 
conservation area.  A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

Activities and Attractions

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical 
landscape surrounding the Emerald Island resort. The club house offers an array of complimentary 
amenities available to all guests staying at our Town House. 

You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room; go for a walk in Community nature walk 
areas; have a barbecue; stay in touch using the Community IT Center; meet your clients in 
resort meeting rooms or enjoy a game of volley ball or unwind in the community sauna/spa/pools. 

Kids will have hours of enjoyment in the Children's playground as well. On those evenings when you 
don't feel like cooking, you can visit the many near-by restaurants.

Low Season:		$84.00/Night 	$530.00/Week
Mid Season:		$94.00/Night 	$590.00/Week
High Season:		$100.00/Night 	$630.00/Week
Holiday Season:		$110.00/Night 	$690.00/Week 

Please add 13% Florida Tax.

During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement.
During other times, there is a NO minimum requirement.

Weekly rates given above are discocunted 10%.
Rentals of 14 nights or more get 20% discount from daily rates.
Rentals of 21 nights or more get 25% discount from daily rates.
Rentals of 28 nights or more get 30% discount from daily rates.
Last minute rentals (arriving in the next 14 days) get 30% discount 
irrespective of the lenght of stay.

200.00 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking.

Please note that you don't have to join Paypal to pay by credit card.

For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
