The first floor features a large open spacious living room with
windows and two glass French doors opening onto the deck, where your
private fresh water swimming pool awaits you. From the deck you have
a panoramic view of Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Dutch and French
hillside.

The living room has a queen-size futon sofa along with cable
television and a VCR for your enjoyment. Located in the rear half of
the downstairs is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with an island
bar. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and
dryer in the rear. The downstairs full-size bathroom with shower is
located just off the kitchen, next to the spiral staircase to the
upper level.

Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with king-
size bed, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with extra large shower
and vanity. From your bedroom window you can contemplate and relax
while enjoying the splendid view of the lagoon. Other amenities
include daily maid service (except Sunday), air-conditioning
downstairs and up, small charcoal grill on the deck, and ceiling
fans in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Also included in the
rental is a welcome package and you will be escorted and shown the
way to the villa upon your arrival.
