Offered is a living area with a double bed, Wireless Computer
access. Kitchenette with sink granite counter tops, stove
referigerator. Full bath newly remodeled with walk in closet. The
owners are avid surfers, let us know what your equipment needs are
perhaps they can be accommodated.This property is a very close
location to the Darlington House. If your planning a wedding this
will be a perfect staging location for family members.
POLICIES:
* No smoking
* Payment Options: Personal/Business Check,Cashiers Check, Money
Order.
* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
(mid June thru 1st week in September)rest of the year a 3 night
minimum.
* Chcek-in after 2:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am.
* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
* Security deposit of $300.00 is refundable shortly after departure
if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
* Information such as obtaining keys and who to call for
assistancewill be sent after receipt of final payment.
* Rates include maid service on departure.
