beach and just five minutes South of La Jolla Village in a private
residential area, an ideal vacation spot.
This completely remodeled and professionally decorated studio has a
nautical theme. It offers close proximity to the beach and a quiet
atmosphere.
There is another studio available on this site for a possible
multifamily vacation.
Check out the beautiful private court yard in a park like setting
complete with fountians, lounging furniture,patio heater, and bbq.

studio rental amenities
Offered is a living area with a queen bed and WiFi
access. Kitchenette with granite counter tops, stove and
refrigerator. Includes a full remodeled bath with a walk in closet.
POLICIES:
* No smoking
* Payment Options: Personal/Business Check,Cashiers Check, Money
Order.
* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
(mid June thru 1st week in September) the rest of the year a 3 night
minimum stay is required.
* Chcek-in after 2:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am.
* A 10.5% city room tax and a cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals.
* Security deposit is refundable shortly after departure
if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
* Information such as obtaining keys and who to call for
assistance will be sent after receipt of final payment.
