just cruise on beautiful Lake Lanier.This meticulously renovated 5 
bedroom, 3 bath lake front home is nestled in quiet and peaceful 
surroundings amongst beautiful hardwood trees. Grill out,play cards 
or board games on one of the double decked screened-in porches or on 
the huge party dock with gorgeous views of the lake.

This lake home promotes relaxation and spending quality time with 
family and friends. Bring your boat (or rent one nearby) and water 
toys during the spring and summer months. When fall and winter 
approach, relax by the two masonry fireplaces and enjoy the crisp 
nights in your own private 6 person hot tub.

The lake house is located just 35 minutes north of downtown Atlanta 
off I-985 in Flowery Branch. It is situated within 5 miles of Lake 
Lanier Islands Resort and Water Park. There is convenient access to 
public boat ramps and multiple marinas. Other activities include 
golf, outlet shopping, Mall of Georgia, fishing, hiking, horseback 
riding, winery and spa, and restaurants (on the water and off).

Vacation Rental Rates

January - March
$1450        *Weekly
$225/Night   2 Night Minimum (Cleaning fee for 2 nights is reduced)

April - May 
$1650        *Weekly
$275/Night   2 Night Minimum (Cleaning fee for 2 nights is reduced)

June - September 
$1850        *Weekly
$320/Night   3 Night Minimum

October - December 
$1450        *Weekly
$225/Night   2 Night Minimum (Cleaning fee for 2 nights is reduced)

*Weekly rentals begin Saturday at 3PM and end the following Saturday 
at 12NOON

Deposits:  50% of rental amount is required within 7 days of booking 
the reservation - $175 or more security deposit may be required.    

Balance of Rent: Must be received 14 days before arrival date.  

Policies:  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be collected 
when the 50% of rent is due as indicated in "Deposit Section" above. 
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.  Smoking indoors 
and pets are not permitted,renters not observing policies will be 
asked to vacate premises without refund.  A contract will follow 
booking of reservation.  

Refunds:  The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of key 
return, providing:  No damage to the house, boat dock and grounds, 
no missing items (including keys, linens, towels, furniture, 
cookware, glassware, plates and flatware, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:  More than 30 days of arrival date - full 
refund.  Within 30 days of arrival date - rent deposit forfeited, 
security deposit and cleaning fee are returned.
