Its very pretty!

The room has a full bed, A/C, LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator and its own bathroom (no kitchen). It has sink outside the unit and For December it will have a BBQ outside with a table and 2 chairs. I like very much this unit, its more private and has its own independent entrance and very nice decorated. We can accommodate a twin futon bed for a third person (for an additional cost of $8 per night).

Our units are located in the same property; between Isla Verde and Condado; two main touristic areas in San Juan. Walking distance to: the beach (only 3 minute walking), hotels, restaurants and fast foods, Norte Shopping Center, stores, banks, bus stops, sport park with walking and running track, baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts and a playground for kids. We are also near the Presbyterian Hospital at Condado. We have friendly neighbors that can be an asset for our guests because beside the friendship that they can offer they can also take you to different points of interest for much less than what the tours charge!

Barbosa Park with tennis court, running track, etc. Near shops,

Minutes to the historic town of Old San Juan.
You can go to:
El Yunque Rainforest (there is a hiking tour or you can go to the
water falls)
Kayaking - there is a night tour to the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo!
Carolina, Luquillo or Seven Seas beach at Fajardo - Blue Falg Beaches
About 20 minutes drive to Destiler�a Bacardi and Isla de Cabras.
You can take a ferry or a plane to the island of Culebra - it has one
of the 10 best beaches of the
world - Flamenco Beach! Or go to Vieques, one of our other small
islands.
Take a half or all day tour in Catamaran to Palomino or Palominito
keys!
There are many different types of tours such as: Snorkeling, fishing,
horse back riding and many
others.

The other room has a full bed A/C, Fan, LCD TV and  upon request we can accommodate a twin futon bed for a third person. There are 2 high quality futon beds in the living room (a queen one and a twin one); only fans in these areas. You also have the choice to move a futon mattress (twin size) to the master room that has a/c. Free internet access.
