We have one of the lowest rates in the market (if not the lowest!).

We accept payments by PayPal (secure method of payment). 


We have an excellent location, such as our guest have said to us: "the location is perfect, it's near 
everything".
We are between ISLA VERDE and CONDADO. Isla Verde is where the airport is and it’s also a very 
touristic area with hotels, restaurants, etc. Condado is also a touristic area with hotels, 
restaurants, etc.

3 MINUTE DRIVE TO CONDADO; 15 MINUTE WALKING TO CONDADO
5 MINUTE DRIVE TO AIRPORT and ISLA VERDE

RESIDENT AREA OF CONDADO - SAN JUAN. GREAT CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO PREFER NOT TO PAY THE HIGH HOTEL’S 
RATES OF PUERTO RICO.  Equipped with WIFI (cordless internet), high quality queen size futon  (the 
mattress only, cost us $800), a/c mini split, ceiling fan, TV /Cable, refrigerator, microwave, full 
equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. 
The studio is very clean and has a perfect location: located in the area "where the action is"! Just 
a block from the Ocean Park Beach, walking distance to the Barbosa park with tennis courts, running 
track, etc.; shops, hotels, casinos and restaurants. LOT OF ACTION AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEEKENDS, 
THE BEACH IS A MUST IN THE WEEKENDS!

Equipped with a high quality Queen size futon, the mattress onlky, cost us $800. TV MICROWAVE, STOVE 
REFRIGERATOR, CD, RADIO AND HIGH SPEED CORDLESS INTERNET.

Activities and Attractions

Just a block from the trendy Ocean Park beach, walking distance to the 
Barbosa Park with tennis court, running track, etc. Near shops, 
hotels, casinos and restaurants. Few steps from massage center. 
Minutes to the historic town of Old San Juan.

You can go to:
El Yunque Rainforest (there is a hiking tour or you can go to the water falls)
Kayaking - there is a night tour to the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo!
Carolina, Luquillo or Seven Seas beach at Fajardo - Blue Falg Beaches
About 20 minutes drive to Destilería Bacardi and Isla de Cabras. 
You can take a ferry or a plane to the island of Culebra - it has one of the 10 best beaches of the 
world - Flamenco Beach! Or go to Vieques, one of our other small islands.
Take a half or all day tour in Catamaran to Palomino or Palominito keys!
There are many different types of tours such as: Snorkeling, fishing, horse back riding and many 
others.
Just plan your vacations in PR and you'll have a lot of fun!

Vacation Rental Rates

Take advantage of any of our July’s special offers:

1) $72/night - up to 2 persons (Reg. $99). 
Cleaning fee: $45 (Reg. $60) – charged only once.

2) Reservations of 4 or 5 nights at $72 per night - CLEANING FEE WILL DE $30 of Cleaning Fee. (ONLY 
DURING JULY)

3) ONLY FOR JULY (AVAILABLE ONLY FROM JUNE 8TH - 31ST): 1 week for $432 - 6 nights and 7 days. Only 
from Sunday to Saturday, if you break the week (it does not apply, will apply offer #1) also NO $60 
charge of Cleaning fee.

REQUIREMENT: Reservations must be done before JUNE 30TH., 2008.
(SPECIAL OFFERS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE MONTHS OF: NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, MAR. & APRIL OF 2009).

We only rent the studio to educate and respectful persons, if you do not meet these requirements

Security Deposits to be reimbursed after final inspection:
Studio Unit: $200 

Security Deposit is reimbursed if no damage is done to the property. If there is any damage to the 
property we hold the security deposit until repairment is done and then we send by mail any remaining 
balance or bill.


Check In:	   4 pm
Check Out:  11 am

Early check in or Late check out, if available: starting at $15 extra.



Cancellation policy; 

Up to 90 days before - without penalty (we return the total less $1 of postal expenses)           
Up to 60 days before - we return 75% of total.    
Up to 45 days before – we return 50% total               
30 days before - we 25% of total. 
Less than 30 days – 0% returned (without exceptions)
