DVD,stereo,CD and radio. Fully equiped kitchen. 8 bicycles .

Golf,tennis,biking,fishing,rafting,swimming,horseback riding,cave
tours,High Desert Museum,lakes,volcano mountains and lava flows and
much more.

Only 30 minutes away is MT. Bachelor-famous for excellent
sking,snowboarding and snowmobiling.We have 8 bikes to ride on 37
miles of paved bike paths.

The area is what is called "High Desert"at 3500 to 4300 ft elevation with both forests and dry desert.

Nightly rate: June 10 to Labor Day-$270.00 plus Holidays and
State/Federal 3/day weekends. All other days-$195.00/night.
Off season mid-week special-4 nights and pay for 2 nights !!  Cleaning
fee $90.00 per stay--free if rental is 6 or more consecutive nights. Deschutes county tax of 7% on rental+Oregon tax 1%.  Security deposit -$300.00

Reservation deposit is one night rental payable in advance.
