Vacation Rental Description

This luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated on Oakhills Golf 
Course on Florida’s Gulf Coast.  
The villa was built in 2006 and is beautifully furnished throughout to 
the highest standard as the  
pictures below confirm.  
 
The villa is fully air-conditioned and will accommodate six people 
comfortably. See below for more

Vacation Rental Amenities

GENERAL: Air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and 2 ceiling 
fans on the covered terrace.  All linen and towels provided, 
telephone, hair dryer. 
 
KITCHEN: Fully equipped including dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, 
large fridge/freezer with ice  
making facilities, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, small 
round table and seating for 4  
people. 
 
UTILITIES: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. 
 
FAMILY ROOM: Living area with comfortable seating for 6 people. 
Television with cable, DVD player,  
CD/radio stereo system.   
 
FORMAL DINING: Large dining table and seating for 6 people. 
 
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen size bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe.  Ensuite 
bathroom includes WC, wetroom and double sinks.  
 
2ND BEDROOM: Double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. 
 
3RD BEDROOM: Twin single beds and built in wardrobe. 
 
2ND BATHROOM:  2nd and 3rd bedrooms share this bathroom which includes 
WC, bath with shower.  This  
room leads directly onto the pool area.  
 
POOL AREA:  Large (24’ x 12’) screened heated pool. A child safety 
barrier also available.  A table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers are 
provided. For your safety and peace of mind there are  
unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area. 
 
OUTSIDE: Double garage with electric door opener, garden to front and 
rear, set within Oak Hills  
golf course. 
 
RESTRICTIONS: Pets not allowed, wheelchairs are unfortunately 
inaccessible. 

Activities and Attractions

Gulf Coast 
As one of the most unspoiled regions of Florida the Gulf Coast really 
boasts natural beauty, with stunning coastlines and many conservation 
areas.  As well as Disney, there is lots of things to see and do 
including  attractions, culture, arts, shopping, sports, restaurants 
and bars.  If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and want to be 
able to soak up some sun, you can do so on one of the many golden 
sandy beaches.  Examples of places to visit on the Gulf Coast are: 
Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs and New Port 
Richey. 
 
Spring Hill 
Spring Hill’s location, 50 miles North of Tampa at the junction of  
US19 and SR50 makes it ideally situated to enjoy all the major 
attractions of Orlando and the Gulf Coast.   
Spring Hill is part of Hernando County.  The county capital is 
Brooksville.   
 
Local attractions include: 
 
Golf - as well as Oak Hills Golf course, there are a host of other 
public and championship golf courses within 15 minutes of the villa. 
 
Weeki Wachee Spring State Park -  watch a live underwater mermaid 
show, chill out on the beach or swim in the clear spring water.  Take 
an endangered manatee tour down the crystal-clear waters of Weeki 
Watchee river. 
 
Pine Island - a fantastic family beach where you can relax.  There are 
cafe and toilet facilities, a large childrens play area, picnic areas 
with BBQ facilities.  Swim in the Gulf of Mexico and if you are lucky 
spot the odd dolphin swimming!         
 
Buccaneer Bay - Florida's only spring fed water park includes 
waterslides, beach vollyball, beaches and lots of family fun. 
 
Hernandos Withlacoochee River - discover the perfect Florida fishing spot 
 
Withlacoochee State Trail - for cycling, skating or just walking.  You 
may come across deer, gators, raccoons and wild turkey! 
 
Tarpon Springs - a small Greek community with numerous restaurants, 
sponge docks and an aquarium with sharks. 
 
Homassassa Springs Wildlife Park:  See its Manatee sanctuary 
 
Silver Springs:  Take a trip in a glass-bottomed boat  
 
St Petersburg/Clearwater Beaches:  plenty to see and do and only 1 
hour away.  
 
Crystal River:  There are various horse riding stables and Scuba 
Diving centres within the area.  
 
Brooksville:  Plenty of arts, history and culture in the county 
capital including Hernando Meritage Museum, Stage West Community Play 
House and City Hall Art Gallery 
 
Shopping - there are several major department stores within Spring 
Hill.  Or discover downtown Brooksville with its antique stores and 
quaint eateries. 
 
Eating:  There are too many to choose from.  You can eat Asian, 
Chinese, Greek, Italian, Mexican.  There are plenty of diners, family 
restaurants, fast food restaurants, bars and grills, steak and seafood 
and pizza places. 
 
Busch Gardens - animal safaris and thrill rides - about 45 mins away. 
 
Orlando:  All the usual Disney and other theme parks.  Orlando is 
about a 90 minute drive away via SR50.  After the hustle and bustle of 
Orlando you can come back to Spring Hill to relax! 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

$700 - $850 USD / £350 - £450 GBP per week all year  
Rate includes taxes and utilities.  
Rate does not include pool heating.  Pool heating costs are $100 USD 
per week/£50 GBP per week 
10% Discount for stays in excess of 3 weeks. 
Small deposit required to secure the booking.  Balance and a 
refundable security deposit to be paid  
8 weeks before your arrival. 
 
Special discounted rates available for late bookings (booked within 4 
weeks of arrival).
