Vacation Rental Description

Island Cottage is located on spectacular Longboat Key in Sarasota,  
Florida, just one hour south of Tampa on the west coast. Enjoy a 4  
minute walk to your sun-drenched beach and the warm waters of the  
Gulf of Mexico through your private access.  
 
The Island Cottage has the Key West look with one bedroom with a  
queen size bed, one full bath, queen size fold-out sleeper, and a  
secluded outside shower (with hot water) to indulge your senses. The  
property is private and spacious. The Cottage has a wrap-around deck  
and the interior is light, airy, comfortable, and welcoming.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air and heat, ceiling fan, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully  
equipped kitchen, DVD player, stereo, two adult bicycles, two TVs,  
tennis racquettes and balls, beach chairs and toys, alarm clock,  
linens, towels, phone, bar-b-que grill, deck furniture, big rocking  
chair, books, games, and some DVDs.

Activities and Attractions

April 1- April 30: $900 per week $2,800 per month 
May 1- Nov.15: $690 per week $2,300 per month 
Nov. 16- Jan. 13: $900 per week $2,800 per month
