Brand new townhome is located 20 minutes from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, 
Sea World and all other attractions. 
10 people can confortably stay in our 1800 square feet Villa. It can be easily shared by two 
families.
Features include:
1 King Master Suite with TV and remote control on the ground floor, en-suite bathroom.
1 Queen Master Suite with 2 Walking Closets upstairs, en-suite bathroom
1 Full size bedroom
1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds
Living Room area with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Remote Control TV & DVD Player
Dining Room
Full size Washer/Dryer
Iron/Ironing Board
Central Air & Heat
Modern Fully Equipped Dine in Kitchen which includes:
     Coffeemaker,Toaster,Electric Can Opener,Microwave Oven-
     Conventional Oven, Side by side Refrigerator w/Icemaker,Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal,Glasses
     Plates, Utensils, pots and pans. storage containers
3 full baths and 1 Half bath on the ground floor.

Our villa overlooks the swimming pool, the clubhouse and the beautiful grounds area.  It is located 
in a quiet residential park like setting.

business center with office equipment, a theather, conference room and vending machines.

and Sea World.

Vacation Rental Rates

$85 per night minimum 3 nights. Valid from August 5 through September 30. Excludes Labor Day weekend.
2008 Regular Rates

Our prices include everything: Taxes, cleaning, booking fees and utilities. No surprises at the end 
of your stay.

2 Nights $140 per night Total $280
3 Nights $130 per night Total $390
4 Nights $120 per night Total $480
5 or 6 nights $110 per night Total $ 550 - $650
7 Nights $100 per night - Inquire about discounted rates for additional nights. Reduction for 
bookings of 3 weeks or more  $40 per week. 
Payment Options:
We accept Checks or Money Orders for all bookings and deposits.
Monthly Rates Available
50% Deposit due at time of booking.
50% Due one month prior to Check-in.
$100 Refundable Security Deposit
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night's rate applies on all reserved booking.
Cancellations must be done in writing.Less than 30 days cancelation notice no refund on down 
payment. No refunds for early departures.
Rates include cleaning; 
Party leader must be 24 or over.  
Check In time: 4:00pm
Check out time: 10:00am
Check in and check out times are sometimes flexible
