Vacation Rental Description

The Bay Shore House is a charming quiet 4 bedroom house with private 
beach rights and has everything you need for your Cape Cod vacation. 
Located in Hyannis (one block away from our Ripple Cove House) and 
nestled in a quiet location near 4 salt water beaches - one a 
private beach located just a 4 minute walk away.  The home features 
4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a front entry living room, and a spacious 
family room located in the rear. This house is beautiful and well 
maintained. The Bay Shore house is on a quiet corner lot in an 
exclusive neighborhood. This ranch has some views of Hyannis Harbor. 
It boasts being in one of the best locations for a summer vacation.


The Bayshore House is a ranch - when you enter the front door you 
walk into a well appointed living room - straight ahead is the 
kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and 
microwave and counter top stove. Straight through the kitchen leads 
you to a large family room with a dining table as well.  Off the 
family room there is a small outdoor patio which leads the backyard 
with picnic table, chairs and a barbecue grill. To the right of the 
living room are bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed 
(Master with a private bath), bedroom 2 has two twin size beds, 
bedroom #3 has 1 queen, and 1 twin size bed and bedroom #4 also has 
a king size bed (there is a water view from this room!). Across from 
bedroom 2 and 3 is the main bathroom.

following Saturday.  These times are set due to the cleaning crew

Activities and Attractions

The Bayshore House is located at 123 Bayshore Road, in Hyannis 
Harbor where you will catch a Hy-Line or Steamship 
ferry for a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard - .2 Miles (a 
very short walk) to a small private beach which then brings you onto 
a much larger beach called Veterans Beach which has a snack bar, 
bathrooms and a picnic area. It is a ten minute walk to downtown 
where you can find endless shops and every type of restaurant. 
Fishing, a harbor cruise, or a sunset sail can all be found at 
Hyannis Harbor. 

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Open Week of Aug16-23 $2900. Seoptember off season rates available.

Rates:
In-season rates: Range from $1,000 to $3,500 per week.
per week (Saturday to Saturday).  Inquire for off season rates. One-
half deposit is required at time of booking and the CANCELLATION is
