This non-smoking ,two story pet friendly, Beach Side duplex is  
nestled along the world famous, white sandy beaches of the Gulf  
Coast of Florida located at the foot of the "narrows". 
 
Just 75 steps from the back door of the units gets you to the beach.  
Or cross the street and enjoy these local favorite restaurants -  
Crabby Bills, My Place on the Beach and J.D.'s.  The Sun Coast  
Trolley stops in front of the unit which can take you many miles up  
and down Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St Pete Beach.  You can be  
seen  
strolling down the waterway of the narrows with your favorite pet as  
you admire the yachts go by.  Once a sleepy Florida gulf coast  
town,Indian Rocks Beach is now the favorite of the young and old.   
So  
much to do or nothing at all!  
 
Each unit has a seperate entrance. Both units are tastefully  
decorated with modern appliances including dishwasher, queen size  
beds in one bedroom and twins in the other plus each has a fold out  
living room sofa/bed.  the top unit features hardwood floors while  
the lower unit is ceramic tile.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Local phone, cable TV, VCR/DVD, full kitchens including microwave,  
diwshwasher, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, linens, washer  
and dryer and charcoal grill, Pets allowed and adored - no smoking  
inside the units.

Biking, golfing, tennis, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing,  
wildlife, shopping ,restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums,

Vacation Rental Rates

Cancellation special Aug 23-30 and Aug 30- Sept 6 and we pay the 12% vacation rental tax 
December 18 to April 16.....$750/week 
April 16 to June 4..........$650/week  
June 4 to August 27,2005..............$750/week 
August 27 to December 18,2005.........$600/week 
All Holiday weeks are $800/week. 
12% vacation rental tax, $100.00 departure fee 
$75.00 refundable security/key deposit 
50% booking deposit; balance due 60 days prior to occupancy
