This home has been in our faimly for 3 generations. It was  
completely remodeled 2005 and fully furnished to provide a  
comfortable retreat for family and friends. We are now offering our  
home to you at an affordable price so that you may realize what we  
have known for years, the magic of Santa Barbara. Enjoy your stay.

Located half a block off State Street in the historic San Roque  
neighborhood, this newly remodeled home is the perfect retreat  
destination for a relaxing visit to Santa Barbara. 
 
Visit Stearns Wharf and Santa Barbara's famous beaches, Paseo Nuevo,  
El Paseo and downtown shopping and dining, the County Bowl, Lobrero  
Theatre, various movie theatres, The Santa Barbara Art Museum, the  
courthouse complex, multiple city parks and the Botanical Garden.  
Walking distance to the Mission, the Natural History Museum and the  
City Rose Garden. 
 
Additional Amenities within walking distance include: Trader Joe's  
(organic grocery store); Gelson's Market (gourmet groceries with a  
great deli/salad bar); Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (great outdoor fire- 
pit plaza for sitting); Harry's Plaza Café (historic eatery and  
watering hole, family friendly); Longs (24 hour drug store/market);  
Plus many small restaurants and shops. We are also walking distance  
[8 blocks] to the Santa Barbara Trolley [sbtrolley]. 
 
Details: wood floors throughout, 2 queen size beds in each of 2  
bedrooms, 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom [all linens provided], granite  
countertops in kitchen, custom oak kitchen cabinets. Great backyard  
for entertaining. Apologies, this house is not wheelchair accessible  
[no ramp access].
