Vacation Rental Description

Amara is the newest Condominium Residence on the Ixtapa Beach. It is 
located in the hotel zone within walking distance to restaurants, 
grocery stores, shopping, and the unique Ixtapa night life.
Amara has 90 of the highest quality living units, very quiet, 
gated community with 24hr security. This unit is on the 10th floor 
with beautiful ocean views and exquisite sunsets. Let the ocean lull 
you to sleep with the crashing waves after a long day at the beach. 
Once you experience this you will come back year after year!

This Residence has approximately 2000 sq. ft. or 180 sq. meters. You 
enter into a large living room and dining room with floor to ceiling 
glass sliders that open from either side to allow you to enjoy the 
ocean while being in the comfort of your home. There are 2 master 
bedrooms with king size beds, each facing the ocean. The other 2 
bedrooms face the golf course and have the tropical mountain and  
panoramic view of Ixtapa. Each bedroom has its own full 
bathroom. The 5th bedroom which also serves as the maids' quarters 
has a view of the golf course and it's own bathroom. The towers are 
designed with 30 residences in each. Each tower has 2 elevators and 
only 2 residences per floor. You will have the privacy of home with 
the ocean view and tropical beauty. 

Guests can take the elevators down to the pool and the beach. On the 
way to the beach you will walk through an immaculate tropical garden 
surrounding the 3 pools. One huge infinity pool for families that 
makes you feel like you are swimming right into the ocean, another 
infinity pool for adults only, and a small wading pool for children. 
Guests can enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and snacks made by 
Amara's personal bartender, Ricardo. Follow the path through the 
gate that leads you directly to the sand, and the private palapa's 
with lounge chairs.

Once you have experienced this paradise of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo you 
will fall in love and return time and time again. We hope you enjoy

Low Season $350.00/night May, June, September, October, through December 15th excluding 
Thanksgiving Week


High Season $250.00/night for 2 people and $50 for each additional person up to 9 people (minimum of 1 week)
December 16th through April 30th, July and August (Excluding 
Christmas, New Years, Easter, and Holy weeks)

Peak Season $800.00/night (minimum of 1 week) up to 9 people
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter & Holy Weeks
