porch. Second bedroom on second floor has two twin beds and a bunk
bed with a double lower and a single upper berth. A second full
bathroom is adjacent to second bedroom. Please note there are two full baths in this unit plus the half bath on the first floor.  The first floor has a full
kitchen with separate eating area. Living room has a fireplace and a
sliding door leads to a shaded patio and storage closet for beach
chairs. A half bath is located next to the kitchen and entrance.
Grounds are professionally landscaped and parking space is partially
covered and directly in front of unit. A second parking space is close by.           
  A sleeper sofa is in the living room.

Kitchen is complete with dishwasher. Second floor has laundry
closet with full size washer/dryer. Unit has full central air
conditioning. Sun porch has lounge chairs and small table with
chairs for your early morning coffee. Outside patio has a picnic
table and small grill for evening dinner. Parking is available with two reserved spaces.  Full size pool priviledge with unit rental.
Convenient walking location to all of Bethany Beach and easy driving
to outlets of Rehoboth Beach and amusements of Ocean City.

Bethany Beach 4th of July parade, boardwalk shops, Garfield
Parkway attractions, beautiful protected beach, BB playground are
some of the activities available locally. Bethany has the reputation
of a small family oriented resort. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City are
a short drive away with large boardwalks, excellent waterfront
restaurants, deep sea fishing, theme park type amusements and
nightly entertainment.
