garage. Walking distance to Incline's private beach (one block) and 
the Hyatt Hotel & Casino nearby. A shared Hot Tub and Sauna are located  
in the building.  
 
Comfortable views of the trees and a gas-log fireplace provide a cozy 
mountain feeling. Two deck areas create opportunities for outside 
relaxation. 
 
The McCloud Condos are centrally located in Incline Village near a 
Starbucks coffee shop, a market/shopping center and, also, convenient 
to enjoying gourmet meals at the Hyatt Hotel's Lone Eagle Grille 
Restaurant on the lake and other great nearby restaurants. 
 
Driving time to Northstar Ski Resort 20 min., Diamond Peak Ski area 10 
minutes and Lake Tahoe South Shore's Heavenly Ski Resort 50 minutes.

SUMMER:  Golfing available at two renowned Incline Village golf 
courses. Walking and Hiking trails are easily accessible.  Biking 
suitable for all levels... Bring your own bikes or rent them nearby. 
Other activities include Rafting on the Truckee River, Fishing, Boating,  
Jet-Skiing or just relaxing at the Incline Village Private Beach, a few 
minutes walk away! A not-to-miss Shakespeare festival is held on the lake 
mid-July to August. 
 
WINTER: Skiing, Snowmobile rides, Snow-shoeing, Six ski areas located 
within 30 min. driving time. 
 
YEAR ROUND: Incline Village Fitness Center available with indoor pool and 
weight room (daily and weekly rates), Restaurants, Cinemas, Library,  
Bowling Alley, Sightseeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Condo Rental Rates 2008-2009 
 
Spring & Fall - $135/night (Two night minimum) 
Winter - $155/night (Three night minimum) 
Summer - $175/night (Three night minimum)  
Christmas & New Year’s weeks - Call for rates & minimum stay 
 
Tax & processing fee are included. 
One night free with a week's rental, except Christmas & New Year's weeks. 
Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice 
Non-refundable cleaning fee - $75 
Refundable $300 security deposit required
