3 bedrooms + Sunroom, 2 baths, large 2 car garage and patio.  

Large lot with ample parking without restrictions for boats, 
trailers, etc. 

This home has 2800 SF.

The kitchen is open to the great room with white cabinets, Jenn-Air 
range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 
microwave/conventional oven combination and is fully equipped with 
dishes/utensils, toaster, and coffeepot. 

Central air-conditioning and heat.

Also included are linens, VCR/DVD player, cable TV, Stereo, CD 
player, full size washer, dryer iron and ironing board . A crib and 
high chair may be available on request.
