Please check the availability calendar for any remaining openings for this 2012 season.  June, July and the first three weeks of August are filled at this time.  This house is just 1/4 block to the beach.  We take year round rentals for this excellent new beach house built in 2011 with 7 BR, 5 1/2 bath, just 2 houses and a street, Atlantic Ave. 100 steps from the beach.  Tastefully decorated throughout.  We have had a wonderful response to the house the first and now second season.  Ground Floor has two bedrooms and bathroom all handicap accessible.  It also features two outside showers, three gathering rooms, one set up with a pool table, 3 porches, two decks off master bedrooms, 3 master bedrooms, and a widow's walk with a view of the ocean.  An elevator for easy move in and out with an inverted floor plan.  Parking on site for 6 cars.   Sleeps 20 in beds and 2 on sleeper sofa. No smoking, no pets. Weekly rentals in summer, Memorial Day to Labor Day from Sat. to Sat.  Off season rentals 3 day min. plus a cleaning fee. Terrific location so close to beach.  Come and enjoy the beach and new house. Gather your family and friends and share a week in this beautiful new house.   

Fully stocked  kitchen with 2 dishwashers, stainless appliances and gas stove. Guests supply their own paper products.  Laundry areas on middle and top floors.  Outdoor line for drying bathing suits and towels.  Bedrooms  Ground floor - 1st room - king and queen,  2nd room queen and single, shared bathroom on this floor.  Handicapped equiped makes easy entry with ramp, elevator and roll in shower.  Large screen flat TV's in all 3 gathering rooms   Middle Floor - 1st room - master king, 2nd room - 2 queens, 3rd room queen and single 4th master King.  Top Floor - Master Suite King  Guests supply linens and towels.  Pool table in living room on first floor. Two outside showers. Gas Grill, 3 Flat screen 3D TV's along with 1 DVD player and one VHS player,  I phone port, and stereo player. Enjoy the Bethany Beach 4th of July parade and boardwalk shops.  Garfield Parkway attractions, beautiful protected beach, BB playground and miniture golf are some of the activities available locally.  Bethany has the reputation of a small town family oriented resort.  Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City are a short drive away with large boardwalks, excellent waterfront restaurants, deep sea fishing, theme park type amusements and nightly entertainment.
