located on the 4th floor of Island House which is directly on the
beach which affords you a wonderful view of the ocean and shore
line. The beach has been recently replenished and looks great.
Two elevators service the unit along with a reserved parking space
and an unreserved parking space. The unit has a master bedroom with
private full bath and ocean view. The second bedroom has two twin
beds and ajacent to the second full bathroom. The den contains a
sleeper sofa and extra closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped
and convenient. Full dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and
comfortable balcony complete the accommodations.

Condo amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, TV in living room and master bedroom, along with stereo
system, DVD, VCR, large circular sofa and tasteful decorations.
Sea Colony has 10 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools available all
year, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, protected beach, 2 fitness
centers, kiddy camp in the summer months, beach bon fires in the
summer, planned activities all year, and convenient to Market Place
Center for shopping, restaurants,and rentals. Bethany Beach has a
long history of a family oriented vacation community. Internet
connection has recently been added.

Sea colony is conveniently located within easy walking distance
to Bethany Beach town center. Tennis courts are available on the
property both indoor and outdoor. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City are
a short drive away with outlet shopping, large boardwalk, deep sea
fishing, golf, amusement park style rides, excellent restaurants,
and adult night entertainment.

$675 week; May 10 - May 31,$1095 week; May 31 - June 14, $1825 week;

Security deposit of $300 required with final payment.
No pets, No smoking. We rent Sun - Sun only during season Labor Day
to Memorial Day. Weekend rates $175 night with three night
minimum plus $300 security deposit required. Sea Colony requires
