This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, 2,200 Sq Ft San Jose del Cabo 
vacation home has it all! It is located with a partial ocean view 
in San Jose Del Cabo near the Mayan Golf Course. The home has a 
newly added pool, multiple sundecks, BBQ and outdoor shower. 

This immaculate San Jose Del Cabo vacation rental sleeps up to 8 
people comfortably with 2 Master Bedrooms upstairs. One Master has a 
king bed and the other has a queen bed and both have private baths, 
while Downstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 Queen sized 
beds.
 
The historic downtown area of San Jose del Cabo with its galleries, 
shopping, restaurants, and night life is a pleasant 10 minute walk 
or 3 minute drive away. The faster-paced town of Cabo San Lucas is a 
20 minute drive. 

Our home is fully-equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, CD 
Stereo, Free WiFi Internet Connection, Laptop Printer, Fax machine, 
Free Long Distance to the U.S.A and Canada, Free WiFi, Washer 
and Dryer, Air conditioning, Linens, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, 
Umbrellas, Snorkel Equipment, Coolers, and Fully equipped Kitchen 
w/water cooler for Hot and Cold purified water. All detergents, 
garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, spices, foil, 
saran wrap, ziplock bags included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

internet cafes all within short walking distance.
Located next to golf course. Gym, miniature golf, shopping, beaches, 
children's park are nearby and also within walking distance. The 
local beach is 5 min away on the other side of the golf course.

Vacation Rental Rates

7 night minimum rental - NON smoking, NO pets, Must be minimum of 25 
years old to rent. Maximum of 8 people. ($100 extra per week per 
person for anything over 6 people)

Aug 1 - Oct 31 $200 a night

Nov 1 - July 31 $250 a night

Holiday rates - $350 a night (Christmas, New Years, Easter and 
Thanksgiving)

50% Deposit Due at Booking
Final 50% Due 45 days prior to Arrival. 60 days for holidays.
Refundable Damage Deposit of $350 and one time non-refundable 
Cleaning fee of $60 due 45 days prior to arrival. 60 days prior for 
holidays.

Cancellation Policy - 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before 
arrival, 75% refund if less than 30 days notice. With exception of 
Holiday's. 45 day cancellation required for Thanksgiving,Christmas, 
New years,and Easter.
