This immaculate San Jose Del Cabo vacation rental sleeps up to 8
people comfortably with 2 Master Bedrooms upstairs. One Master has a
king bed and the other has a queen bed and both have private baths,
while Downstairs has 1 bedroom with 2 Queen sized
beds.
The historic downtown area of San Jose del Cabo with its galleries,
shopping, restaurants, and night life is a pleasant 10 minute walk
or 3 minute drive away. The faster-paced town of Cabo San Lucas is a
20 minute drive.
Our home is fully-equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, CD
Stereo, Free WiFi Internet Connection, Laptop Printer, Fax machine,
Free Long Distance to the U.S.A and Canada, Free WiFi, Washer
and Dryer, Air conditioning, Linens, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs,
Umbrellas, Snorkel Equipment, Coolers, and Fully equipped Kitchen
w/water cooler for Hot and Cold purified water. All detergents,
garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, Shampoo and
Conditioner, spices, foil,
saran wrap, ziplock bags included. Fridge usually has condiments
like Mayo, Ketchup, salad
dressing. Front yard has a Lime tree. (Usually has fruit from July
to November)

Cleaning fee of $60 due 60 days prior to arrival. 90 days prior for
holidays.
Cancellation Policy - 100% refund if cancelled 45 days before
arrival, 75% refund if less than 30 days notice. With exception of
Holiday's. 90 day cancellation required for Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New years and Easter.
